I know you don’t like birthdays god only knows that I would probably be the same when I’m older. Despite the fact, I want you to know that today is a special day to me, you are not only my father but my best friend. I salute you for the years lived thus far of power, wisdom, respect and perseverance, you truly make me proud. If I grow up to be half the man you are today, I’ll be a happy son. Happy Birthday Bu Jasem, I love you in ways that words won’t sufficiently describe.

Now that’s big. Ekh i remember these days, i hated everything about myself, my hair, my glasses, my cloths, i felt so uncomftorable in my cloths, hmm this pic brought back old and bad memories. Behind me you can see an entrace to my apartment complex, this was where i left to run my 3 miles twice a day. Tempe AZ Signature Place Apartments on Guadalupe Road.

I decided today to go ahead with the SAS Royal Viking Club, a place where i have been working at for the past year and a half. I wanted to join the C-Club so bad, but i don’t want to get started on that (click the link to read more. I today have promised myself to start over, this weather is killing me, i feel like i’m a bear trying to stock up on calories. Running outside is just unbearable, i hate the cold weather i truly do !!!

SAS today was friendly, the aromas reminded me of the daily 1.5 hours i spent before and i had a huge smile on my face, i’ll start today at 9 & finish at 11. I can’t wait to go and break 1 or more beads of sweat.

It is very cold out there, i didn’t think we were going to see a real winter this year but guess what, here we are and it’s colder than ever. I can’t even feel my toes as we speak! I urge you all to make sure that you stretch alot before you go out for a walk or run and make sure that you do wear alot of warm cloths, do not push yourself and make sure you “listen” to your body. If anything aches stop! re-think what your doing and how. Take care & i’ll be seeing you all soon, inshallah.

There is no excuse to this, his parents need to be thrown in Jail for neglect and the child protective services need to come out ASAP. This is really disturbing!

Dear friends,

I want to wish you all a Merry Christmas, due to the this holiday i am unsure if we can meet this week. Calvin is definitely out, and I’m traveling. I hope you continue your quest in trying to achieve your goals in whatever that might be. Remember, Six-K doesn’t start or end with me it’s the spirits that lives within each and every one of us. Keep up the good work and we’ll be seeing each other very soon.

Since it seems like Kuwait is empty and everyone is out of town, i would like to inform you that walking this week will be canceled until further notice. We will resume our old schedule of Tuesday’s at 5:30 NEXT week. I encourage you all to set small goals in your time off, work out if you can and keep the good work up. Eidkom Mubarak !

I would like to share with you this morning my thoughts, I have gained weight and it’s bothering me. So this is what i decided to do, starting TODAY, i’m running every-single-day. If i have to go do it at 12:00 at night because i’m too busy during the day then i’ll do that, i don’t care what i need to do, i’m not living like this anymore.

The doctor’s visit was interesting, we probably have the worst MRI  machine in Kuwait! The doc. seems to think that i have an infection in my tendon and i’m being medicated for that. I’m going back to SAS i think, C-Club is getting on my nerves, Corniche is too (no offense to my leb friends) but you guys know what i mean, so i guess i’m going going back back to S-A-S.

 I need all the support, thanks you guys!

Our breakfast this friday will be at Marina Cresent at Le Pain, were meeting at 10:00 a.m. … everyone this time is welcome, it’s 5 kd per person for the breakfast, any left over money (which is never the case) gets put into the donations jar, and yes we are walking after !
