Who We Are
Six-K Consulting is a cloud infrastructure and engineering firm established in 2020. We serve technology companies, enterprise organisations, and government programs that need advanced cloud capabilities without the overhead of a large systems integrator.
Our practice spans the full cloud engineering stack: architecture design, DevOps, infrastructure automation, platform operations, security, and FinOps. We bring the depth of experience typically found inside large engineering organisations and apply it directly to client environments.
Our work has included SAP modernisation and IaaS delivery in managed services environments, cloud architecture and reliable service delivery for NASA-aligned programs through prime contractor engagements, and build engineering work with Slalom serving their enterprise client base. We are accustomed to operating within complex delivery structures and to the standards those programs demand.

How We Work
Six-K operates as a consulting firm, which means our team is close to the work and accountable for outcomes. We do not layer process between clients and delivery. Engagements move efficiently because the people scoping the work are the same people executing it.
Every project begins with a structured discovery phase: mapping the existing environment, understanding business objectives, and identifying where the current technology posture is creating risk or cost. From there we build a clear delivery plan and stay accountable to measurable outcomes throughout.
Six-K maintains a direct and transparent communication standard across all engagements. Clients always have visibility into project status, key decisions, and what is coming next. We do not use complexity as a shield and we do not overengineer solutions to inflate scope.
